Partnership Agreement between the Public Organization "Bureau of Social and Political Developments", the Public Union "International Association for the Promotion of South-South Sustainable Development of Ukraine" Eurostration and "Armavir Development Center" Armenia

Memorandum of understanding between academic institutions and non-governmental organizations for the purpose of professional support to provide implementation of the effective social politics and assistance to the human development in Ukraine

Taking into account the large number of outcomes of the institutions interested in solving social sector problems that were conducted, including supported by UNICEF, all stakeholders are aware of the need to combine efforts and consolidate the results of previous work to effectively promote it at the national and local levels.

To this end, the decision was made to expand the scientific base of the Coordination and Expert Council on Social Policy of the Ministry of Social Policy and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (an expert platform operating since 2012) and to expand the format of cooperation between scientific institutions and expert organizations: leading research institutes and strengthen advocacy activity.

As a result, a multilateral Memorandum of Understanding was signed. The purpose of signing the Memorandum is to ensure human development in Ukraine by consolidating the accumulated knowledge and scientific potential with further advocacy of developed documents at the state and local levels. Participation in the signing of the Memorandum was taken by leading scientific institutions and expert organizations working on social issues.
