2021 year The project "Raising Public Awareness on Combating Stereotypes and Gender Inequality, the Risks of Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence and International Standards in this Area"
Within the project "Supporting the activities of the Ukrainian National Platform of the EaP CSF in 2021-2023" that is carried out by the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) with the financial support of the European Union. Aim of the initiative: to ensure public participation in advocacy of the Council of Europe Istanbul Convention ratification on the prevention of violence against women and domestic violence; to develop proposals on ways to overcome violence against women and gender-based violence urgent measures. Within the framework of the initiative, work proceeds on raising awareness of society regarding the fight against stereotypes and gender inequality, risks of violence against women and domestic violence and international standards of combating it, as well as the development, discussion and adoption of the Positional Statement of civil society on support of the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences and the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Combating Discrimination.

Supported in the framework of European Commission program “Moving forward together”, implemented by Black Sea Trust German Marshall Fund. To increase solidarity between authorities, civil society, businesses, and other stakeholders from the Odesa region by preparing, in a participatory manner, the Solidarity Strategy for responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 year The project "Increasing the civil participation in the prevention of gender and domestic violence"
Implemented with the financial support of the European Union, the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, the Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Civil Society Forum partnership, aims to ensure the participation of the public, in particular UNP East organizations, in advocating for ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention) and developing proposals for overcoming violence against women and gender-based violence. Adoption of the Statement in Support of the Ratification of the Istanbul Convention. In the framework of the project preparation of an analytical report and proposals on ways to overcome violence against women and gender-based violence was done, and urgent measures were taken to prevent and minimize domestic violence.
2020 year The project "Let's keep active the «silver age» in the city of Kyiv"
Implemented with the support of the Kyiv city target program" Social Partnership "for 2019-2021 of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City public administration), as well as in the framework of the humanitarian initiative "Humanity and Mutual Assistance" of the International Renaissance Foundation and the European Union. It aims to implement best practices, taking into account gender impact and overcoming the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, into existing local social assistance programs for older people. Development of educational materials for the elderly, preparation of effective social and functional models of medical, social, psychological support for the elderly. Providing representatives of the target group, as well as medical workers with personal protective equipment and hygiene. Promoting the development of a volunteer movement that promotes and supports the creation of initiative groups of mutual assistance on the principle of "sharing the experience of generations" and the participation of vulnerable groups in decision-making processes.
2020 year The project "Concept of implementation of EU standards for balancing the professional and personal life of employees"
Supported by the International Renaissance Foundation. The aim of the project I generalizationof an international standards in this area and the practice of their implementation by individual states, as well as taking into account the socio-economic opportunities of Ukraine at the present stage of development, gender balance, non-discrimination, which would combine all known forms of conduct that violates immunity,private life of a person, such as bullying, mobbing and harrasment. An analysis of the implementation of national labour legislation in terms of ensuring gender equality in the field of labor and a summary table of the state of normative provision of equal rights, opportunities for women and men and their non-discrimination in the field of labor by national labor legislation was presented. Representatives of civil society are involved in the development of proposals for effective legal regulation of the work of persons with family responsibilities, compliance with the principles of social dialogue in order to regulate and take into account the interests of employees, employers and civil society
2019 year The Project "Concept of implementation EU standards for achieving work-life balance of employees"
Supported by the International Renaissance Foundation to develop the Concept of implementation EU standards for achieving the work-life balance of employees, which will generalize international standards in this sphere as well as the practice of their implementation by different states. Additionally, the concept must take into account the socio-economic capabilities of Ukraine in the current stage of development, gender balance and non-discrimination principle, which includes all known types of behaviour that violate the privacy of an individual bullying, mobing, harassment. To involve the representatives of civil society in developing proposals for the effective legal regulation of the work of persons with family responsibilities. To begin the practice of conducting social dialogue in order to regulate and take into account the interests of workers, employers and the state. To develop basic principles of social dialogue to regulate and take into account the interests of workers, employers and civil society.
2019 year The Project "Partnership for social inclusive and gender equal employment policy"
Project was supported by the EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. Partners Armavir Development Center (Armenia), Research-Intellectual Club ”Dialogue of Generations” (Georgia). Aim: to promote equality in the sphere of employment and decrease discrimination based on gender, age and disability factors – ensuring participation of CSOs in the process of strengthening mechanisms of dialogue between civil society and national government. It is expected to prepare and publish an analytical report Discrimination in the sphere of Employment based on gender, age and disability factors Research Report in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine.
2018 year The Project "Social Partnership for Equality"
Project was supported by the EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. The project covers 4 countries: Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Moldova. The project partners are the two largest trade unions in Ukraine: the Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Ukraine and the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, as well as trade unions and non-governmental organizations of Georgia, Moldova and Armenia. The main objectives of the project are to create an analytical review “Analysis of equality and non-discrimination at the workplace and regulations in the sphere of access to employment, social services and social security in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia" of the anti-discrimination legislation of the four countries and an international platform for coordination of the activities of the Eastern Partnership countries in the field of anti-discrimination. Within the framework of the project, joint activities with the participants of Working Group 1 "Democracy, Human Rights, Good Governance and Stability" are expected together with Working Group 5 "Social and Labor Policy, Social Dialogue" of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
2018 year The project "Practises of the Ministry of the Social Policy of Ukraine on the development of the expert work on the implementation of the EU anti-discriminatory directives»
Supported by International Renaissance Foundation. The main goal of the project is to enhance expert participation of the civil society in implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in the sphere of anti-discrimination in labour and social politics by analysing and development development of urgently needed sub-normative acts, normative base for the bills submitted for the implementation of "anti-discrimination" Directives of the Council of the EU. It is expected to prepare and publish an analytical report Analysis of equality and non-discrimination regulation in the sphere of access to employment, services and social security: assessment of the EU Antidiscrimination Directives implementation in Ukraine, a summary and conclusions of the report, develop recommendations for urgently needed by-laws and normative base for the bills submitted for the implementation of the Council's anti-discrimination Directives; conducting the Co-ordination and Expert Council on social policy and the final expert meeting.2017 year The project "Strong local communities - Social local communities"
Supported by the UNICEF in Ukraine, aims to improve the activities of separated territorial communities (ATC) in the social sphere, provide methodological and technological support to them. Improvement of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms in the framework of the program-target method of financing. An integrated approach to planning and financing educational, social and health projects will be developed. ATC`s will receive not only resource, methodological and informational support, as well as recommendations for attracting social investments into the social sphere for more effective use of funds within the framework of the program-target method of financing. During the project implementation, the following activities will be carried out: analysis and identify of ATC «capabilities», human development index, structure of ATC`s, according to their «capability» level and their unique features, provision of recommendations for each ATC, planning of ATC actions on social sector development, creating of plans for development of territorial communities. The main objective of the project is to lay the foundation for the implementation of the "Integrated Social Sector Model".

2017 year The Project “The practice of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine to ensure gender equality in the labor market in the context of relevant EU directives”
Supported by the International Renaissance Foundation, is implemented by the NGO "Bureau of Social and Political Developments" in cooperation with the coalition of four Organizations, Kyiv Institute of Gender Studies, NGO "Labor Initiatives", Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Ukraine and Research Institute of Labor and Employment of SMEs and National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The project proposes several events - a constituent meeting with the signing of the Memorandum; All-Ukrainian meeting of representatives of executive power and expert environment on labor rights issues; Analytical work on a detailed study of the situation and the development of recommendations for the implementation of the six EU anti-discrimination directives "On the road to the EU: equal rights and opportunities for Ukrainian citizens in access to work"; , As well as promotion of gender equality and equal opportunities for women and girls in accordance with the provisions of the EU Action Plan. The draft provides for a common representation of the authorities and experts from NGOs regarding the plan of measures for the implementation of the mentioned above directives, which is the main goal of the project.

According to the results of the project, proposals were prepared on the model of provision of social services in conditions of decentralization, the Monitoring report on the system of provision of social services in Ukraine, which the ministries of both countries supported and proposed to develop amendments to the Budget Code and the Law of Ukraine "On Public-Private Partnership" in view of the need The inclusion in this law of opportunities for the creation of social institutions on the principle of public-private partnership. Several events were held in Armenia and Ukraine to discuss the developments of the Bureau. Project results were provided to the World Bank Representation in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova.
